Some clients may be experiencing increased latency or packet loss when connecting to UK Positive services. Our network engineers are investigating, in conjunction with our upstream partners, and will update here. US network services unaffected.

We have identified issues with power to some network switches to which some client-systems attach. No backend servers are down. We are working to replace the PDU on these to let traffic resume to affected systems.

[7SFV42] All services networking normally

Our PDU replacements were successful. Affected systems are receiving network packets normally. We will swap out additional equipment after 23:30 BST today as a precautionary measure, which may lead to momentary network latency then. Updates here.

[TRRRSE] Additional Equipment Work

Work is about to begin on additional equipment, as mentioned earlier. A few systems may experience momentary increased latency or packet loss. We will update here when done.

We confirm all PDU replacements have concluded successfully and all systems are networking as normal.
